Our Story
About Galvanize

The Gartons
Galvanize Fitness was started by Grant and Alexandra Garton with a simple goal: build a close-knit community of people who better themselves mentally and physically.
Both with a lifelong passion for fitness and well-being, Alexandra is a practicing Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, and Grant is a multiple business owner with over a decade of coaching athletes through nutrition and fitness.
They live by the saying "practice what you preach" and always strive to train hard and optimize their bodies and minds. Grant and Alexandra are parents of two young boys, Remy and Warren.
Since opening in 2017, Galvanize Fitness has grown from a small garage gym into one of Sacramento's most welcoming fitness communities — a place where everyone, from first-timers to competitive athletes, can find their stride.
